Purpose of the Service
Transdev Shuttle is the trade name of the company TRANSDEV SHUTTLE FRANCE registered in the RCS of PONTOISE under the number 490 471 414 whose registered office is located 1 Chemin du Clos Saint Paul - 95210 Saint Gratien, (hereinafter "Transdev Shuttle" or " the Transporter ”), holder of the transport license n ° 2013/11/0003859. Transdev Shuttle primarily offers a shared and private passenger transfer service between Paris, the Disneyland Paris® Park, the three airports in the Paris region (Roissy-Charles de Gaulle, Orly and Beauvais) and the major Parisian stations (Lyon, North, East, Montparnasse, Austerlitz, Saint Lazare and Bercy) or between the address designated by the customer, as defined below, and one of these airports.
The services offered by Transdev Shuttle are reserved for natural and legal persons, on behalf of their employees or representatives (hereinafter "the Customer (s)"). Transdev Shuttle does not accept bookings from unaccompanied minors. These general conditions (hereinafter "the Contract") aim to define the terms and services offered by Transdev Shuttle. They are available on the website https://shuttle.transdev.com/en as well as on request from the Carrier at the contact details indicated in the Contract. The Carrier reserves the right to modify the terms of the Contract at any time. The applicable provisions will be those in force on the day of confirmation of the reservation.
The Customer must read these conditions before booking. By booking a transfer, the Customer acknowledges having read the Contract and accept the terms. Booking a transfer implies full, complete and irrevocable adhesion by the Customer to the Contract, to the exclusion of all other documents, such prospectuses or catalogs, issued by the Carrier or one of its service providers and partners who do not 'have only an indicative value.
Reservation conditions / Reservation procedure
Reservations can be made online, by phone or at the Transdev Shuttle counter at Beauvais Airport. Reservations made less than 12 (twelve) hours before the scheduled transfer time can only be made by phone and are subject to availability.
The confirmation (or summary sheet of the service) will be sent by email or, failing that, by fax or mail (cf. L.121-19 and L.121-19-2 Consumer code reproduced in art.7). If the deadline is too short for the receipt of a written confirmation, the booking number will be communicated verbally to the client. In the event of a reservation by telephone, the Carrier ensures the communication of all the information relating to his reservation as well as that provided for in articles L.121-17, L.111-1 and L.113-3 of the Consumer Code. The Customer must print his reservation confirmation, or have the reservation confirmation delivered to the counter, in order to present it to the driver at the time of transfer.
The reservation confirmation number communicated to the Customer in the case of a reservation by telephone is sufficient. In the absence of confirmation or a reservation number, support will not be possible and the reservation will be considered canceled on the initiative of the customer less than 24 hours before departure. Reservations are only taken into account in return for payment being remitted. Payment takes place between 24 and 48 hours after confirmation by Transdev Shuttle has been sent.
Modification of reservations
Changes are made by email or phone, at no additional cost, to Transdev Shuttle up to 24 business hours before the transfer. After this time, changes are only possible by phone. In all cases, modifications are made subject to availability. If the alternatives offered by the Carrier are refused by the Customer, the latter will have the choice between maintaining their initial reservation, or canceling the conditions below. Changes are made by email or phone, at no additional cost, to Transdev Shuttle up to 24 business hours before the transfer. After this time, changes are only possible by phone. In all cases, modifications are made subject to availability.
If the alternatives offered by the Carrier are refused by the Customer, the latter will have the choice between maintaining their initial reservation, or canceling according the conditions below.
Cancellations and refunds of reservations
Cancellations are made online or by phone, provided you provide the booking confirmation number. The refund conditions in the event of cancellation are as follows:
- More than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time: 100%. Cancellation is made on the site https://shuttle.transdev.com/en
- Between 24-6 hours, the cancellation is made by phone and the refund is made 100%
- Less than 6 hours before the scheduled transfer time: the costs incurred remain the responsibility of the Customer.
- The reimbursement can be made either in euros or in another currency at the request of the Client (Transdev Shuttle does not take over any bank charges).
In the event that the client does not show up at the time of the transfer, and without manifestation on his part within 12 hours of the scheduled time of the transfer, the transfer will be fully due. In case of supply by the customer of erroneous information having led to the impossibility for the Carrier to carry out the transfer, no refund will be granted. Any claim or request for reimbursement must imperatively be made by email and sent to the Carrier within 4 weeks of the date of transfer. If necessary, no reimbursement or compensation may be granted.
Arrival and Departure Procedures
Customers are required to follow the arrival and departure procedures detailed in their booking confirmation. If one of the procedures was not respected by the Client, of its own fact, and had the effect of preventing the takeover under the conditions provided, the transfer is fully due. In shared service, Transdev Shuttle reserves the right to make schedule adjustments in order to establish the most coherent route to minimize the customer's journey. The Customer must be ready at the departure time defined with Transdev Shuttle in front of the address / place indicated for pick-up.
Support Conditions
Flight / train delay and / or cancellation
In the event of a flight / train delay arriving Transdev Shuttle undertakes to find a replacement shuttle but cannot be held responsible for any waiting time involved. In addition, if the information concerning the flight / train references is incorrect or missing, the transfer is entirely due to the Carrier. In the event of flight / train cancellation, the Customer may request the postponement of the service or reimbursement thereof, providing proof of the cancellation of the flight / train.
Support for people with reduced mobility
The reception and care of people with reduced mobility equipped with a folding chair are provided by a dedicated Transdev Shuttle partner to make transfers in the best conditions of comfort and security for travelers. This service is available on request by private shuttle only. To reserve a suitable vehicle, reservations must be made by email to contact@shuttle.transdev.com at least 72 hours before departure.
Luggage
Customers are allowed to transport up to 2 pieces of luggage free of charge (The size of the luggage must not exceed the following dimensions: 80 x 60 x 25 cm with a maximum weight of 20 kg.) In addition to their hand luggage. Any additional baggage must be mentioned when booking and will be invoiced at € 5.00 including VAT per unit. Customers with oversized luggage cannot book the shared service. In the event of non-compliance by the Client, support may be refused and the reservation will be considered canceled on the initiative of the Client. In order to guarantee the safety of Customers, luggage must be left in the areas reserved for this purpose; they cannot be carried on board the vehicle, neither in the seats nor in the traffic areas. The Customer is fully responsible for the content of his luggage. Except for the fault of the Carrier, the latter cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft or deterioration, during loading, transfer and unloading, of the Customer's luggage. Any object found in a vehicle will be deposited at the head office of Transdev Shuttle or, at the latter's choice, with the lost property service closest to its head office, where the Customer can come and collect it within 1 (one ) year from the date of the transfer concerned.
Animals
Animals are allowed on board vehicles provided they are placed in cages suitable for their transport and do not pose any threat to the Carrier, other travelers or third parties. In shared service Transdev Shuttle reserves the right to refuse the transport of crates measuring more than 48/32/31 cm (long / wide / high). Guide dogs are accepted free of charge on board, shared and / or private shuttles. They must be reported at the time of booking.
Insurance
The Carrier has taken out a Professional Civil Liability insurance policy, as well as an insurance policy covering damage caused by driving the vehicle for any damage that may be caused to a third party, and / or its passenger. . Insurance does not cover luggage or personal effects left on board vehicles (loss, theft, damage, etc.) including those "entrusted" to the driver.
Child seat
The Carrier undertakes to provide child-friendly seats free of charge in accordance with current regulations (one baby seat and one booster maximum per vehicle):
- child from 0 to 18 kg: baby seat
- child under 36 kg: booster
The seat request must be made explicitly when booking. If it turns out on the day of the transfer that such equipment was necessary without having been provided by the Customer, the Carrier may cancel the said transfer under the conditions provided for cancellations attributable to the Customer intervening less than 24 hours before the scheduled time of the transfer.
Vehicle availability
In certain circumstances, the Carrier reserves the right to make available to Customers a replacement vehicle which may not bear the company logo. In the event that the carrier cancels the transfer less than 1 hour before the scheduled departure time and without having been able to provide an alternative means, the carrier undertakes to reimburse the difference in cost between the alternative means used by the customer and the initial cost of the shuttle upon presentation of an original of the related invoice.
Liability of Transdev Shuttle
The vehicles made available to Customers comply with the technical standards imposed by French regulations in force. Drivers are required to comply with the provisions of the Highway Code, in particular the rules relating to parking, speed limits and the safety of passengers and surrounding vehicles. The Carrier declines any responsibility for the delays which would be consecutive to a case of force majeure (and in particular in the event of strike, demonstration, bad weather, traffic accident serious disturbing the regular traffic, congestion of an unusual extent) or attributable to the Customer . These events cannot give rise to any compensation.
The Carrier undertakes to reimburse the costs of replacing the air ticket (within the limit of EUR 500 per passenger per flight, EUR 100 of the train ticket, EUR 150 per hotel night, EUR 20 food), upon presentation of an original invoice, if the latter were to miss his flight due to the fault exclusively attributable to Transdev Shuttle, provided that the Customer justifies being unable to be reimbursed for the price of said ticket by the airline, or to be offered an alternative flight at no additional cost by said airline.
The Carrier is subject to an obligation of means with regard to the booking of a race. Consequently, Transdev Shuttle cannot guarantee the availability of a vehicle and cannot be held liable in the event that Transdev Shuttle has not been able to book the race desired by the Customer for lack of finding a vehicle available corresponding to his wishes. To be taken into account, any claim must reach the Carrier within a maximum of 4 weeks from the contractual date of the transfer initially agreed by e-mail via contact@shuttle.transdev.com or by post, addressed to Customer Service of the Carrier whose contact details appear in article 11 hereof. After this period, no commercial complaint will be taken into consideration. In shared service on an airport to station or station to airport journey, the journey time indicated in the reservation is indicative and not contractual.
Finally, the Carrier declines all responsibility for loss or deterioration or theft of cash, banknotes, jewelry and other precious objects, which during the entire duration of the race remain under the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Customer responsibilities
The customer is required to respect the scheduled times as well as the arrival and departure procedures stipulated in his booking confirmation. The customer is not authorized to modify the itinerary, nor the addresses and places of pick-up and drop-off given at the reservation (unless requested 24 hours before the transfer). The customer undertakes to adopt, on board the vehicle, a behavior which is neither contrary to common sense rules nor to compliance with French laws and regulations in force as mentioned in article 6 hereof.
Any deterioration or degradation of the vehicle will be subject to invoicing corresponding to the total amount of necessary repairs. The customer is responsible for his personal effects which he keeps custody. He must ensure that he does not forget anything in the vehicle, in accordance with article 6. Failure to comply with one of the points mentioned above cannot be considered to be the responsibility of Transdev Shuttle and cannot give rise to no reimbursement or compensation from him.
Pricing conditions
Transdev Shuttle prices are available on the website: https://shuttle.transdev.com or on brochures delivered to the counter. They are expressed in euros all taxes included. These prices are subject to change at any time, the Carrier guarantees the Customer the price in force on the day of confirmation of the reservation. All customers (children and babies included) are subject to the full rate. All minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult passenger.
Vehicle Safety
It is agreed that the Customer agrees to adopt, on board the vehicle, behavior that is not contrary to common sense rules and compliance with French laws and regulations in force. These rules relate in particular to the compulsory wearing of seat belts and prohibitions on smoking, consuming alcohol and transporting flammable, explosive, corrosive or toxic substances.
Transdev Shuttle reserves the right to refuse access to the vehicle or to disembark any Customer who contravenes the regulations, or whose behavior is manifestly likely to put the Carrier, other travelers or third parties at risk, without that -This may require no form of reimbursement or compensation.
Provisions of the Consumer Code
If the CUSTOMER is a consumer, the provisions apply: L.121-19-3 of the Consumer Code: "For contracts concluded electronically, the professional reminds the consumer, before he places his order, legibly and comprehensibly, the information relating to the essential characteristics of the goods or services which are the subject of the order, their price, the duration of the contract and, if applicable, the minimum duration of the obligations of the latter under the contract, as provided for in Article L. 121-17.The professional ensures that the consumer, when ordering, explicitly recognizes his obligation to pay. To this end, the function used by the consumer to confirm his order includes, on pain of nullity, the clear and legible mention: order with payment obligation or a similar formula, devoid of any ambiguity, indicating that the placing of an order obliges to its payment. E-commerce sites clearly and legibly indicate, at the latest at the start of the ordering process, the means of payment accepted by the professional and any delivery restrictions. Personal data
The information communicated by the Customer allows Transdev Shuttle to process and perform the services subject to these General Conditions. In addition, Transdev Shuttle may use personal data concerning the Client in order to send them commercial offers likely to interest them. In accordance with the data-processing law and freedoms of January 6, 1978 modified by the law of August 6, 2004, any Customer has a right of access, modification, rectification and deletion of the personal data concerning him. The Customer may exercise this request by letter addressed to the Carrier, the contact details of which are in article 11 hereof.
Cookies
The Customer is informed that by using the Transdev Shuttle website, one or more cookies, or similar files, may be placed on his hard drive. A cookie records information relating to the navigation of the Customer on the website (the pages consulted, the date and time of the consultation, etc.) which can be read during subsequent visits. It cannot be used to read information from files on the Customer's computer. The following cookies are used and serve the following purposes:

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Conditions are subject to French law. Any litigation relating to their interpretation and / or their execution falls under the French courts and if the Customer has the quality of merchant, of the exclusive competence to the competent courts in the spring of the registered office of Transdev Shuttle for any litigation with this last. This clause applies even in the event of interim measures, incidental claims, multiple defendants or third parties.
