Vehicle availability
In certain circumstances, the Carrier reserves the right to provide Customers with a replacement vehicle from a partner carrier. In the event that the Carrier cancels the transfer less than 1 hour before the scheduled departure time and without having been able to provide a substitute means of transport, the Carrier undertakes to reimburse the difference in cost between the substitute means of transport used by the Customer and the initial cost of the shuttle upon presentation of an original of the relevant invoice.
Responsibility of Transdev Travel
The vehicles made available to Customers comply with the technical standards imposed by current French regulations. The Carrier undertakes to reimburse the cost of replacing the plane ticket (up to a limit of EUR 500 per passenger per flight, EUR 100 for the train ticket, EUR 150 per night in a hotel, EUR 20 for food), upon presentation of an original invoice, if the Customer is forced to miss his/her flight due to a fault exclusively attributable to Transdev Travel, provided that the Customer can prove that he/she was unable to obtain reimbursement of the price of said ticket from the airline, or to be offered a replacement flight at no extra cost by said airline.
The Carrier is subject to an obligation of means with regard to the reservation of a journey. Consequently, Transdev Travel cannot guarantee the availability of a vehicle and cannot be held liable in the event that Transdev Travel is unable to book the journey requested by the Customer due to a lack of available vehicles corresponding to the Customer's wishes. In order to be taken into account, any complaint must be received by the Carrier within a maximum period of 4 weeks from the contractual date of the transfer initially agreed by e-mail via contact@shuttle.transdev.com or by post, addressed to the Carrier's Customer Service whose contact details are given in article 11 hereof. After this period, no commercial claim may be taken into consideration.
Finally, the Carrier declines all liability for the loss, damage or theft of cash, banknotes, jewellery and other precious objects, which remain the sole responsibility of the Customer throughout the journey.
Customer's responsibilities
The customer is obliged to respect the scheduled times and the arrival and departure procedures stipulated in the booking confirmation. The customer is not authorised to change the itinerary or the pick-up and drop-off addresses and locations given at the time of booking (unless requested 24 hours before the transfer).
