Pickup window for shared service customers

If you book your shared airport transfer Transdev Shuttle via the website or over the phone, you will receive an email confirming your 15-minute pick-up window based on the flight time you chose when you made your reservation.

Example: If you have a flight planned to depart at 5:30 pm, your pick-up time can be scheduled for 2:30 pm. The 15-minute window from 2:30 pm is the time window in which your driver will arrive. If your pick-up time is scheduled for 2:30 pm, don't worry if your driver does not show up at 2:30 pm precisely. Your driver can arrive at any time between 2:30 pm and 2:45 pm

Companies, agencies and tour operators

Are you a Tour Operator, a travel agency, a hotel group, an airline, a concierge, a trade fair and event organiser or simply a frequent traveller?

Rates

Transdev Shuttle guarantees all-inclusive prices when booking:

  • No reservation fees, no approach fees
  • No luggage surcharge*
  • Constant price 7/7 24/24
  • Same price for the outward and return journey

 

* up to two hold luggage and one hand luggage per passenger.

 

Transdev Shuttle positions its prices between those of public transport and those of an identical journey by taxi.

To obtain a price estimate for a journey simply go to the reservation page, fill in the address and airport of origin and destination of your transfer.

Please note that the rate may vary between the time of the price estimate request and the final validation of the reservation.

Lost and Found

Did you forget something? Please contact us. Any object found in a vehicle will be returned to Transdev Shuttle's head office, where the Client can claim it back within 1 (one) year from the date of the transfer concerned.

Opening Hours

The Transdev Shuttle service operates airport transfers 24/7 all year round. The customer service is open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Travel at your own risk

"Travel at your own risk" means that you did not wish to choose the pick-up time offered by Transdev Shuttle. You will therefore not be able to benefit from the Transdev Shuttle guarantees concerning your flight.

Children

Please note that any child/baby seat requests must be included in the number of passengers otherwise your transfer cannot be guaranteed for operational reasons. Example: a trip with 2 adults and 1 baby = in the Transdev Shuttle booking: 3 passengers + 1 baby seat 

Transdev Shuttle provides baby seats and booster seats free of charge. It is mandatory to specify this request when making your reservation for this service to be guaranteed by Transdev Shuttle. Furthermore, any minor under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult passenger:
- Children from 0 to 18 kilos must be transported in a baby seat.
- Children from 19 to 36 kilos must be transported in a booster seat.

Animals

Yes, provided in cages (extra charge of 12€ per cage) suitable for their transport. However, we cannot transport large animals in shared service, you will have to opt for an exclusive or private service.
