You can cancel your reservation online up to 12 hours before your transfer. To do so, contact us.
If you have less than 12 hours, contact customer service on +33 (0)6 35 26 59 29 between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday.

Outside these hours you can contact the regulation service 7/7 from 05:00 to 11:30 pm

You will be reimbursed according to the date of cancellation:

• more than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time: 100%.
• between 24 hours and 6 hours before the pick-up time: only by phone, 100% refunded
• less than 6 hours: no refund
