Transdev obtains a score of 96/100 on the gender equality index
The equal remuneration index falls within the scope of the Transdev Economic and Social Unit (ESU).
This new equal remuneration index makes it possible to measure progress in terms of gender equality through five objective indicators and, if necessary, to implement corrective actions.
The various indicators measure the pay gap between women and men, the differences in individual increases and promotions between women and men, increases upon return from maternity leave, and the gender breakdown of the ten employees with the highest pay.
The overall score of 96/100 obtained by Transdev reflects the positive dynamic that has been set in motion on the subject of gender mix and diversity at Transdev.
The equal pay index completes the system implemented in 2018 in line with the course set by the Group and will help guide our actions to continue to progress and accelerate change in terms of diversity.
